Delivery to the Townsville- Thuringowa City areas have a set $50 delivery fee, however if deliveries are requested for delivery on Tuesdays and Fridays or the total amount of the order exceeds $1000 (GST inc) the delivery fee will be waived.

Delivery elsewhere: The customer shall be responsible for all freight charges incurred from the delivery of orders unless other arrangements have be made. Northern Tropical Plants advise that the customer excepts all risks to the safe delivery of products to their destination. Northern Tropical Plants assert that all care and consideration to the successful delivery of the products to the customer's preferred carrier has been taken. All claims for damages etc must be made within 7 days dispatch.
